Well you’d have to go more than once and workout for at least 20-30 minutes day. No junk food and sugary or greasy food products will help too. And be sure to take breaks and keep hydrated when working out!

Maybe, yet you need to have a good healthy diet as well. It depends on how much time your going to spend in the gym and how much energy your going to exert while in the gym. It’s not easy for most people to loose that last little bit. There is hard work involved.
