Aren’t squats supposed to target your thighs? How do they help you lose love handles?

Squats target the legs, but they also burn calories and can raise your heart rate after awhile, and both of these things can trim you down all over, not just in one area.

Try doing Hindu Squats. They work the calves, thighs, butt, low back, chest and lungs.
