Well you should concern more about doing cardio exercises. Maybe you should try some sort of aerobics. Also even though the first guy meant it in a bad way but he is sort of right. *** is a great cardio workout. If you need any help developing a workout routine please feel free to contact me.

You cannot just do situps to help get rid of love handles. If you were to look at a muscle anatomy picture, you will find that what we call love handles are simply our gluteus medius which goes up and connects to the external obliques and goes down to and forms the gluteus maximuswhich is connected to your lats. Doing the following will help with the entire area to tighten and tone up your muscles and help burn the fat around them. Hope all of this helps do lunges, stepup kickbacks, walking downhill, running, leg raises without wieght or very light weight, yoga. all of this combined with a proper diet full of lean protein and carbs, and you should be in business.

Kudos on the eating plan! This is a step people overlook or simply ignore.

To get rid of the excess fat around your mid-section, you should bump up the weight training and reduce the cardio. Muscle tends to burn more fat.

I would suggest that you focus on core exercises such as squats, lunges, and deadlifts. Add dumbbells or kettlebells for resistance, but you can always progress to that level. You should do resistance training 3-4 times per week and cardio 2-3 times for week. Finally, ad some ab specific exercises such as reverse crunches, plank holds, swings and snatches.
