Running does it best for me. Crunches are a waste of time. We all gain weight in different places on our body. Reduce your weight with diet and exercise.
Diet, diet, and more diet. Usually stomach flab is diet related. Trust me, I am going through the same thing now. Exercise just isn’t enough. Without proper diet, the results of working out will not show.
I rollerblade or swim for an hour a day, and do about 200 crunches a day and I lost 20 pounds in about 4 weeks.
Remember that all you have to do is consume fewer calories than you burn,and you’ll lose weight.

Try Billy Bank Boot camp dvd cause during the work out he’s constantly exhorting you to hold you tummy in, shoulder up, back straight, stand tall, over and over through out. It’s not really hard there are different levels of intensity try which works for you. But I enjoy them cause he’s constantly reminding me of my posture and to stick in my tummy. Quick results too!!!
