I **** having it because it makes me feel self-conscious. I’ve got a nice enough body other than that, my stomach is just right, but I can’t get rid of my love-handles. Are there any specific exercises that can help?

What it really boils down to is what you eat. Working out and training means nothing if your not eating correctly. You may want to cut down on uneccessary carbs from your diet. Some carbs are good, cause they are used for energy, excess carbs that you do not use are stored and turned into fat. So watch what you eat.

Also, try hitting up the gym. Circuit training can almost always give great results. Because your building muscle and turning your body into a fat burning machine. So look up so excercise that hit your entire body. Full body workouts are best. If your unable to hit the gym up. There are many excerises you can do in the comfort of your own home that trim fat down.

Well you know, “love handles or muffin top” will not appear if you buy a bigger pant size. That could be your quick fix while you are trying to lose weight. Say you are wearing a size 4 but you have “muffin top/love handles” well, if you buy a size 6, that area won’t hang over your pants. You know?

As for the workout, as long as you jog or if you can get to the gym, jog or use the cross trainer, of even the bike. Any of those would be excellent to help you with your little problem area. I strongly suggest at the gym do some jogging and biking too. Of jog outside if you can’t go to a gym.

Diet has a lot to do with it too but I don’t fuss over food, I just bust **** in the gym so I can enjoy whatever I want to eat.
