How do i love my love handles? im thin but i have little love handles, i want to lose them how do i?

I have the same problem and I’ve been told that increasing cardio, situps and decreasing calorie intake will just burn more fat in the whole body. There are no specific exercises for the
“handles” that most men get.

Cardio is the best way to get rid of fat, even those. But excercises would be ones that worked your obliques. You can do sideway crunches, side bridges, alternating curls. and there are oblique machines. If you can get weights. Hold one in one hand and just bend to one side, and repeat bending you should feel it in your oblique not your arm. You can look these up just type them in on google or youtube.

its called side bends along with high intensity interval training =)
