Does walking on the readmill help at all? I’ve been doing crunches galore and I can feel that my stomach is tighter and just a little flatter but it doesnt seem like it’s gonna go any flatter. As for the love handles….. they havent bulged.

Running might help you lose the love handles.
Power walk everyday. You have to walk fast enough and long enough to increase your heart rate and keep it up for at least 15 min.
One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.

Crunches, or any abdominal exercise will burn calories overall and firm up ab muscles, or even enlarge them (like doing curls to get bigger biceps).
Running and ab crunches my friend will melt fat and pounds away really quickly.
