		<description>I have been working on my love handles too.  Your not the only one, don&#039;t worry.  This is a move that I have found really effective so far.
Lye down on your side, then lay your back down flat so your shoulders are touching the floor and your legs are still in that sideways position.  Using your hands to support your head, start doing crunches.  
Do about 2 reps of 20 on each side everytime you workout. You can really feel that burn and it works really well.  Hope this helped. Good luck</description>

		<description>Spot reducing is not something that is possible.  Excess fat has to be lost through cardio and diet, a good balance of carbs ~60%, fat, ~15% and the rest protein.  And of course, strength training.  It will make you lose fat all over, but this is the only way.  Good luck</description>
