Why are they called “love handles” anyway?
I know that when you exercise, you gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, so how can I lose weight without weighing more after exercising but still having more muscle than fat?
What exercises can I do that will help me gain muscle, but not weigh more? Is Turbo Jam any good? What about celebrity personal trainer, Joel Harper’s Dorm Room Workout? What about simply walking for 30 minutes a day?
Will eating 1 banana w/ a glass of milk for both breakfast & lunch for 2 weeks help me lose 10 lbs. in the 2 weeks? One of my friends told me that and she’s trying it. Can you please give a healthy diet to follow so I can lose up to 2-3 lbs. a week? Thank you!

Aim to lose fat, not weight..
You can search google for a healthy balanced diet, and 30 mins of exercise 4 times a week will do.
It’s mostly common sense, and forget losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks – that is a bad way to do it, and you lose more muscle than fat, which is counter-productive as muscles help burn fat…
It’s no quick fix, if you eat a balanced diet of about 1500 calories a day plus 4 days exercise (30 mins per day) a week, you will lose about a pound a week.
If you add some weights to your routine you may lose less weight, but over time you will lose more fat. So i recommend this.
i’m not sure about the exercising part but.. i know how you can help you’re eating habits..
for breakfast i usually have a milk thing it’s like a protein shake and it gives you energy and vitamins.. lunch i usually have a salad and for dinner i’ll have soup or something and thats helped me to lose weight before and if you ever get hungry and want to binge on candy or something drink hot water because it will fill you up

muscle looks soooooo much better than fat weight! Don’t worry so much about muscle weight just losing fat.
I tried (after my daughter was born)a high fiber low fat diet myself and did pilates gained muscle weight at first but in the end I lost 24 pounds.
