The only places I have any fat are my love handles and thighs and it’s really noticeable because the rest of me is small. I don’t have any kind of equipment, what can I do?

After tons of research online and actually working out 4 days a week I’ve got some answers! I have chunky thighs myself and a bit of love handles! I weirdly have a slim upper body! The best thing you can do is jog/run…4 times a week 25 minutes a day…this will tone you up and help you lose body fat all over your body…But for specific changes in your thighs you need to do Squats, and lunges! Working both your hamstrings and quads. You need to stregnthen those muscles before you can lose fat which will make you tone up! Using an exercise bike tones as well…but diet plays a major role in the toning process as well! Research diets for toning purposes and those exercises i mentioned
