		<description>any type of excersise. but especially cardio for 45 minutes a day. but in order for anything to improve, you have to keep on a schedule, and running 5+ miles a week will help. good luck mi amiga</description>

		<description>You can&#039;t spot lose . . . any exercise that is focused in that area only makes the muscles bigger thus pushing the fat outward.  You just need to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight and do that in a healthy manner.  I would suggest one of the popular low carb diets for immediate results.</description>
