go to youtube and ceck out ab workouts…the obliques part should help out a LOT
Exercises- Push Ups, Sit Ups, Crunches, Jogging, Sprinting, Dips, Lunges, Weight Lifting, barbell lifts, Medicine Ball sit ups, andd twists, V- Ups, and ect.
Diet is recommended.
3 sets of 30 crunches each day
You can’t spot lose . . . any exercise that is focused in that area only makes the muscles bigger thus pushing the fat outward. You just need to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight and do that in a healthy manner. I would suggest one of the popular low carb diets for immediate results.
any type of excersise. but especially cardio for 45 minutes a day. but in order for anything to improve, you have to keep on a schedule, and running 5+ miles a week will help. good luck mi amiga
you should do some bicycles and hanging leg raises.
2-3 sets of 30-50 reps bicycles
2-3 sets of 10-15 hanging leg raises
do this every day
