Lose Love Handles

Well im a depressed guy. In school almost every guy has no love handles and they look really good. But whenever i see myself, i want to vomit. Is there any excercises that you recomend to lose that tire that is bothering me?

You know honestly I have been dealing with a similiar issue. With women they want a small waist. I am going to tell you what has been helping me. Get a small exercise ball. (or a rolled towel will work too) put it between your knees. Hold you legs up and do crunches, while squeezing your ab muscles, and/or at the same time, use your lower body to lift your bottom of the floor. You must always squeeze your ab muscles while doing any kind of ab work. Also you can place yourself on you hands and knees and do reverse leg lifts. Keep your leg bent and lift your leg out. (abs squeezed) doing more repetitions per set is the way to get toned. Also keeping you leg bent and/or straight lift your leg behind you. I do all of those and I have lost a couple of inches in my waist. Plus the key to losing more weight is also cardio with any exercise routine. Which you could start by adding walking to this. Love handles = fat. You need to do cardio to burn fat my friend. My advice is find something you love to do naturally and make it part of your routine. Of course if you’re downing beer, donughts and ice cream, that doesn’t help either. Eat sensibly.

I’m 5′9″ and carry fat around my middle. I had long lanky arms and legs and this huge waistline. I got hooked on Elliptical training at the gym and bought my own machine. I get on my machine for about 30-45 minutes 5 days a week, do a little light weights with an exercize ball, lay off the fast food and I see a huge difference in my ENTIRE body!

walk around shirtless more.

rotate your torso from side to side. start doing side sit ups.

watch what you eat.

stop being depressed and start exercising.

I don’t know How I lost them.
I just remember reducing my calorie intake and doing plenty of jogging and excesses.
