First off, if you don’t get sore from crunches you’re either doing them wrong, or you’re not doing enough. Second, to lose your love handles you can do Side-Lying Leg Lift’s:
Lie on your side with one arm on the floor supporting your head and the other hand on the floor in front of you. Then, lift your top leg about 6 inches and then lower that leg, slowly. Keep your stomach tucked in and tight, and your hips and shoulders aligned.
Do 2-3 set and 12-15 reps on each side.
You can also do Standing Left Lift’s, which is basically the same thing, but standing up, with one hand holding a bar or a wall, supporting your body, and the other hand on your hip.
You can also add ankle weights to these exercises to make it harder.
As for your stomach, there are SO many moves you can do. I would suggest buying a workout video that interests you and that focuses on Abs, because I could go on forever. All I can say is that variety is key!
well this is kinda hard to explain but i’ll do my best =]:try taking a medicine ball and standing with your legs shoulder width apart, stretch sideways like you’re going to touch your toes then stand all the way back up, with your arms straight and above your head, then strecth to the other side.
