a good diet and lots of cardio
thin or not, if u have love handles u still could afford to lose more
well i lost 20 lbs in a few months just by eating less and exercising a ton
i lost 3 inches on my hips by doing that
before i wouldnt even be able to wear t shirts because my love handles hung over my jeans and it was repulsive
but now i have extra space between my hips and my jeans and i even get to wear a belt! its very exciting
anyways, just eat super healthy and exercise for 1 hour everyday, and try to make half of that cardio
i lost all of my weight by doing workouts on exercise tv
i did not run on any workout equipment once. i **** them
