The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more, the problems arise when we actually attempt to put that into operation! There are plenty of temptations in the big wide world don’t you think?! The only diet that definitely worked for me was green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I shed twenty five pounds, it definitely does work!
try jumping rope…it’s not that hard and its burns fat and tones.try doing it for 20 min.it also helps build endurance.
