Run! You can’t spot reduce. If you want to bulk up your legs then strength train your legs. Sorry, but you will never lose your love handles if you do not diet and or do cardio.

Hello!

Great question!

If you like to run and would like to get rid of love handles AND increase the muscles in your legs – you can accomplish this task by doing more explosive running exercises.

One example might be to jog at a 50% pace until you get to one telephone pole and EXPLODE with energy and run as fast as you can until you get to the next telephone pole … and repeat this exercise for 20 minutes (in addition to a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down).

OR – you could choose to run up hills – that’s a great way to build muscle and get rid of love handles!

There are countless ways of exercising to sculpt a lean and **** waist – such as abdominal exercises focused on obliques.

One example, lay on your back in sit up position with your legs slightly bent and your feet firmly planted on the floor.

In slow movements, begin by reaching your left hand towards your right knee. Reach all the way around from the outside of your right knee to touch your knee with your left hand. Repeat and do the same with your right hand.

Continue for a total of 26 repetitions or until your fatigued.

Just a few examples of many….

Best of luck!

To a life of health and vibrancy,
Charlie
