run a few miles nd u will be A-Ok
Stand with your feet waist length apart, now squat down to a 45 degree or 90 degree angle (whichever is more comfortable), now hold your hands in a prayer formation right under your chin with your elbows straight out to your left and right sides. Finally bring your elbows down to your knees (or as close as you can get them) by bending your torso to the left and right. Do these until you can’t do anymore, rest 30 seconds and do it again 2 more times. Not hard to do, it saves your back and it’s a damn good midsection work out all the way around your torso.

side crunches
you could do those side crunches if you have like a yoga ball lay on it side ways and curl up with ur hand on the bak of your head come up until your elbow almost hits your thigh if you do that alot it should help plus you could get maybe a protein shake or special k protein
