I’ve been running on the treadmill, doing arm workouts, and ab workouts for 2-3 months now… at least 4-5 times a week.
Everything seems to be thinning down except for my love handles. And when I eat just a tiny bit, or drink the littlest bit of water, my stomach manages to bulge out, no matter how many ab workouts I’ve done.
Any fix? Or just continue what I’m doing?

You need to tone your whole body….not just concentrate on one area.
My advice would be to swim – its the ultimate total body workout.
i would do 100 sit ups a day. my brother did that for about 2 months and he lost A LOT of weight. including love handles and belly. maybe it wont work for you, but its probably worth a shot.
Yeah… eat 6 times a day, slowly increase your calories by eating a clean diet.
Keep doing what your doing, but also throw in working the biggest muscle group in your body… your legs.
Learn how to do whats called a “Goblet squat” or a “Potatoe Sac Squat”
SAME HERE.I WOULD TRY OTHER WORK-OUTS.,THAT
DO WORK;)
I’m eating a lot of big salads with lots of red onions and other savory ingredients. Surprisingly they satisfy but don’t stay as fat like other foods, like meat. In the mirror I am starting to excite myself by the slimness i’ve attained. lol
You seem to be doing fine. I’d just continue to do what you’re doing. Maybe you need more time.
Drink PLENTY of water because not doing so will only encourage your system to store extra water making you look bloated. If you continuously drink water, your body won’t have to hang onto extra water weight because you’ll be flushing your system out. Also, keep your white carbs to a minimum. And instead of normal crunches, try the bicycle. It really works.
Don’t eat a lot of salty foods (in case you’re retaining water) and make sure you stretch your stomach after you do your ab workout. This can prevent you from getting a pouch.
