Is it fat or loose skin? its driving me nuts b/ i have a “ruler figure” right so my waistline actually looks wider than my hips somedays! I **** having a muffin top!!
Please advise, cardio/cruches? both?

Muffin tops are hard to loose….try running alot. It slims the body down overall, and will work towards tighting up your abs, sides, hips and chest, all of which will help remove your top. I would’nt do the crunches as they will thicken your stomach and push out your “top” more. Try focusing completely on the running, and it should work. Your metabolism might be slow, and it will help with that also.
don’t worry too much you look pretty good..but to get rid of those do cardio 45 minutes a day,twice a day, for 6-8 weeks, dont drink soda or milk, just water, and make sure do a lot of sit-ups and crunches
sit ups are a good way ..you just need to get toned up again
you need to do cardio unfortunately there arent ways to spot reduce fat. but there is a move that bill blanks from tae bo shows on his tapes for love handles and it works you stand with feet shoulder width apart and then you take your one arm and bend it over your head and then when you lower arm down lift leg to your elbow and then repeat same side and then go to the other side.
