Lose Love Handles

I’m a healthy fourteen year old girl and I am perfectly having a natural weight.
I am the normal rocker type and go into moshpits at concerts.
I asked my Mother to see if there were any bruises on my back and she points out that I have love handle stretch marks forming and I need to know how to get rid of them quickly and safely.
I’m VERY impatient.
I need help.
And don’t give me those petty little answers, give me something worth reading.

um excercise and healthy diet is the only way.

Sometimes you can get stretch marks just from growing quickly (getting hips is one thing!) Some girls just get them–not meaning they are “fat” or anything. The good news is they will fade with time, the bad news is, if you’re impatient, that can take longer than you want! There are creams that will fade them. Go to a store like Ulta and you’ll find them. Other than that, stay active and healthy and you won’t get them in bad places…like your **** or thighs! :)

u have to excersice alot. eat healthy aswell like vegatables and meat regularly. love handles are good though when ur in bed with another……..

Love handles are so annoying! In order to lose love handles, follow the advice that we always hear from doctors. They’re simple, but they’re true:

1. Regular cardio exercise. Burn calories. Walk, jog, run, or swim for 30 minutes per day, 4x per week.

2. Eat healthy. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. Stay away from fatty and sugary foods (soda, candy, fast food). Eat 5 fruits and 5 vegetables per day. Eat 5 smaller meals per day, instead of 3 big ones (this will help eliminate cravings).

These are the basics. It’s funny because doctors ALWAYS give these SAME tips, but most people don’t listen. It sounds easy, but it’s actually pretty tough to get into the habit of doing these 2 steps CONSISTENTLY everyday.

My two cents: Don’t give up… and FOCUS! Soon you’ll be looking slimmer, healthier, and not worrying about how to lose love handles =). If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything.

A way to differentiate exactly what kind of stretch marks they are (i.e. growth or weight gain) is to see what way they are forming.
If they go across – from Left to Right – those are from you growing taller. If they go Up & Down – those are from weight gain, usually.

Sometimes, it’s not being fatty, it’s simply having excess water weight that can make potential love handles appear. If you get rid of the water weight they will go down or away.
Things with lots of salt and empty carbs can cause for this excess body water.
