I want to lose my “love handles” and was curious if anyone had any types of exercises I could try. ***I do not have access to any gym equipment or a DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) though. Thanks in advanced for any help or tips!!!

Even without gym equipment, you still have the options to run/walk, stretch, do push ups, sit ups, etc. You can never lose fat at one point on your body, but what you can do is increase your overall muscle tone. This will help to decrease your overall body fat and in turn, your love handles. Also, a healthy diet is essential for any of the above to work.
