Lose Love Handles

I have lost probally 20 pounds but i cant seem to get rid of the last 5 i want to loose which is my love handles… Please help!

Side crunches. Standing up, hands on hips stretch side to side. Then twist side to side.

I would try cutting out Carbs and sugars!! I am doing that now and I have already lost about 15 pounds!! It ***** doing it, but it really works!!

Do you have a Curves in your area? I joined and I love it! They have a great machine that works that very area. You end up with such a slender waist! The program is affordable, only $29 a month. It’s 30 minutes, 3 days a week. I have been going for a year and couldn’t be more happy with it.

Do a lot of twist. Use a stick (like a broom stick) on the shoulders. Placing hands on either side. Feet slightly apart and twist without moving the legs but the waist up. Do repetitions in sets of 50 or more.

Weight loss is 90% about diet, and 10% about exercise (just my opinion). No amount of crunches will help you with those love handles, because it is impossible to just pick an area and reduce fat from there through exercise. Weight loss is global, meaning that it comes from the entire body all together. The only real way to spot reduce is surgery. Don’t be discouraged though.

If you’ve dieted off those 20 pounds, stick with the diet you used, but add in cardio work now. Only 30 minutes 4-7 times per week.

eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, 2 of the meals should b protein drinks, the other meals should consist of
protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak
complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads
veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies
and drink alot of water, and drink green tea throughout the day
….cardio 6 days a week, in the morning, before any breakfast right after u wake up, walk on the treadmil for atleast 40 minutes….in the afternoon 3 times a week do a full body low weight circuit workout, do abs every other day…. email me if u need anything else
