I have aquired a small set of love handles from being pregnant and they are SO hard to get rid of. I am not used to having them, I never had an ounce of fat on my before I was pregnant. I love my body but would just like to lose those handles.
I have lost my weight but my love handles have stayed(gotten smaller but still there). right now i am working on side crunches. And i do walk alot. I know that love handles are much harder to get rid of than anything else.

If you do a daily belly dance workout, the moves in it can and does make your luv handles go away.
Try some exercises.

I think love handles go away when one looses weight. Because love handles are added weight.

I have read that brisk walking burns fat better than running. Don’t quote me on that though.
