Lose Love Handles

My love handles make my waist look really small, giving me a curvy appearance. From the front, they look fine, but they make my **** look really flat. Any help here?

When you lose your love handles, you will get more curvy.

As always, diet and exercise are the key.

As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.

Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.

This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly. You will lose the love handles and be more curvy.

Eat lots of fruit.
Stay away from soda, sweets & other food high in sugar.

GO TO A GYM, OR DO A DIET. OR LOL, YOU CAN COME WORKOUT WITH ME. CUZ GIRL IM IN THE SAME POSSIION AS YOU. I ALSO WANNA LOOSE MY LOVE HANDLES

That is the one place i lose tone soon as I stop training,
and thats even if I’m not actually gaining weight.

I find the best excercises for me in that is with bent knees slowly twisting with your hands behind your head as far to the side as you can holding it for a little then to the other direction.I do it about 50 times, slowly is the key and keeping your muscles tensed.
I can feel it exactly where i want to usually.
I also rollerblade it kind of gives the same effect all the twisting as you go.

Maybe your jeans are too tight. I found that my but looks very small when I wear tight tight jeans, try one size bigger and if wont smash the booty. Good Luck!~
