Here’s my BIG problem. I want to lose the belly fat and the love handles that pour over my jeans. Does anyone have any tips at all? Thank you all.

unfortunately weight loss cant be targeted. you need a mix of diet and cardio to help that and eventually weight loss will come off the belly. best diet is to stick with fruits and veggies along with enough protein and carbs throughout the day and stay away from fat processed foods…hope that helps

try jogging 3 times a week.but make sure you have good jogging shoes

There’s nothing to target that area. Do cardio, and if that doesn’t work, start saving up for liposuction.

Honestly, sometimes it just won’t go away. My sister is 5′9 and 96lbs and she still has fatty love handles. Even though the rest of her is like a skeleton!

You can’t spot reduce fat, but you do tend to lose it where you have the most fat first.
You should off course be eating a balanced diet.
You should do cardio and strength training. If you perform your strength training as a circuit workout you’ll also maximize fat loss. It’s been shown that circuit training can be just as effective as cardio with the added benefit of muscular endurance. Muscle burns more fat even when you’re sleeping.

The most important factor of losing weight is DETERMINATION.
You can do sit ups, side bends all that stuff, however all that is going to do is strengthen the muscle around your abdomen and your hips.

How you start off is cardio. Pick something that you love to do. Cardio can be dancing, cycling, running, jogging, swimming laps ect. You need to be in constant motion and need to work all parts of your body. This will burn fat and increase your metabolism.

You need cardio at least for an hour a day, and at least 5 days a week.

However, with cardio, you need a proper diet. The way you lose weight or burn fat is to burn more fat calories than you take in.
Cut down on carb (Do NOT cut all of it, then you are starving your body.)
Cut down on fat(Especially saturated fat.)

Eat more of a BALANCED diet more than cutting down the amount of food you take in. Enough fruits, veggies, and protien, ALWAYS have these in your every day diet.

However make sure you do not stuff yourself full. Do NOT eat after 7pm. If you must eat an apple or some seasoned veggies.

Avoid pepsi, coke, or any type of soda. Drink V8 fruit juice, or veggie juice, they are the best.

You need to realize that losing weight needs hard work. You can’t lost weight just by taking pills, just by starving your body, just by exercise once or twice a week.

Follow this plan, eat enough HEALTHY BALANCED diets, exercise, exercise!

Be constantly active in your daily routine. Do not sit in front of the tv, or comp too much. Do not take naps during the afternoon, do not support yourself on the railing when you go down the stairs. Sit up straight in your chair. Believe it or not, simple things like this can actually change your lifestyle, increase your metabolism, and eventually make you lose weight and keep the weight off.

Hope this helps. I lost about 30lbs following this routine, and my bmi is normal now!. This is hard work, but if you put your mind to it, and start losing weight, it will become very easy for you!
