Lose Love Handles

i`m not fat or anything. its just that i have a really big waist and a hip and whenever i put on my pants, the fat on my sides squeeze out.
so how do i get rid of LOVE HANDLES?

Try sit ups. It sounds like you need toning in that area.

There’s a good book by Joyce L. Vedral called “Gut Busters” it can help tone that area, including obliques, etc.

You need to lose weight in your midsection. Losing lovehandles is hard…definitely start hitting the gym. You’re not going to lose them without exercise even if you cut down on eating. You have to burn off the fat.

Chances are, you still have some abdominal fat. Assuming you are on a balanced diet, the next best thing is exercise. Any exercise that burns calories can work…weightlifting, aerobics, etc. Also do some abdominal exercises like crunches and sit-ups…these not only help burn calories, they will help sculpt your belly muscles and lessen your love handles.

situps, other exercise. . (running or basketball twice a week will do wonders), but be sure you stretch first, so you minimize risk of injury.

cardio would work for u. like walking, situps. i got the same problem. and i have been walking for a week and lost 4 pounds.try eating healthy and have like 2 snaks a day. even if u dont work out one day dont quit do it the next day. drink lots of water.. eat fruits and vegetables. :)
