Whats a good way to get rid of my love handles?the bulge on the side of my hips? My somach is pretty flat, its just the love handles I need help with. Exercises I can do without equipment would be best. Thanks!

Don’t do regular crunches or sit ups, those will only work the front of your stomach. Cruches to the side should help. Those are really the best thing to do without equipment.

crunches but sideways. Or i think you can get two weights and stand position with arms down, with them in both hands and you sway your body to left and right (sorta like you gona tip over and come back up

Oh yea i agree with body cleansing. I use golden seal root with enenchciea. Cleans your system out, keeps you healthy, makes you lose a few pounds of garbage in your intestines also.

work out your oblique muscles the ones on your sides to burn the fat that is on your sides

You are going to have to do several things in order to get rid of love handles.

1. Diet. If you have love handles it means that you have extra fat. Just watch what you eat.

2. In order to burn off the fat you are going to have to boost your metabolism and burn your current stores of fat. This would be best accomplished with 45 minutes of cardio a day. Something as simple as brisk walking would do it.

3. Target your obliques with exercise. The oblique-v up, standing speed rotation, 2 handed wood chop ( you can hold a can of vegetables in each hand instead of using weights) and the side jackknife. The jackknife will give you the best results but they are a bit harder to do. You would only need to do 10 per day for the first week and then move on to 20.
You will see very quick results with the jackknife.

Your diet is key, then a healthy dose of cardio at least 4 times a week. You could also do side bends with dumbells or off of a roman chair or trunk twists with a medicine ball or broomstick. If you combine all of these you’ll get results, plus dont forget that this is one of the hardest areas to target so it will not happen overnight and there is no quick fix.
