I would prefer if you kept them, I think a little pudge and some love handles is hot. That’s just me though.
Running might work.
aerobic exercise, circuit training between lifting weights and something like jump rope. the fluctuations in your heart rate will bump your metabolism up while increasing muscle and burning even more calories.
