you cant spot reduce fat. You just have to lose weight and hope it comes off from where you want

cardiovascular training. less alcohol. healthy eating. excerises to work the obliques.

Tons and tons of situps and pushups, but don’t push yourself, do only what you can do-no more than that

Liposuction. LOL I too have proportionately big love handles. If I get under 18% BMI mine disappear. But I don’t each much either which ***** just as bad as living with love handles.

love handles are cute. keep them.
my friends and i call them **** flubs
but really the best way is do exercises that are focused on that area.
don’t do all those dumb diets, just tone. =]

Crunches & sit ups
100 each a day at least 4X a week also eat a proper diet that does not exceed 1400 calories(don’t eat less than 1200 a day to maintain weight at normal size). You may naturally be thin, but you may be eating a lot lately that is making you gain. Since your skinny maybe your just prone to gaining weight in areas like your stomach and sides first before it heads to the rest of your body. Sad, but true. My **** and thighs get bigger first each and every time i eat too much or loose myself in overindulging food especially bad foods.

After a month your sides should be much tighter, same with your stomach. After one month you can reduce your workout to 50 of each per every four days a week.

when it comes to losing body fat all you need to do is cardio.

a lot of people think that low intensity cardio (65% maximum heart rate, or 131 for a person 20 years old) burns fat better, but thats a common misconception. low intensity cardio actually does burn slightly more fat while you are running, but once you get off the treadmill, that’s it. High intensity cardio (80% max HR, around 160) will keep burning fat for a time after you stop running, and will raise your metabolism over time if you run consistently.

I’d also suggest doing some ab toning exercises like the ones you can do without weights or machines, just on a floor mat.
