Ok well I **** my figuree. I should be lean but I hav these annoying Love handles on my sides and pretty fat thighs. any good dieting or excercise tips?

Im not an expert but you should try belly dancing. It burns a lot of calories and you feel it working

yes.. reduce the carbs.. more vegetables and more proteins
and more cardio exercise
try some weight training…
