yes i weigh like 105 lbs.
im 15
have love handles (big ones)
and my fat hangs over my jeans when i put my belt on!
SICK i know im going to a b-day party and were going swimming and i dont wanna be the only fat thing there you know?
HELP PLEASE
btw, i wanna keep my 6 pack…not lose that!!

do sit-ups. Do 20 every 5 minutes for 3 hours a day and you should be fine.

You don’t have love handles at 105 pounds unless you are 3 foot tall. You need to wear the proper size pants. Now if you are storing extra fat at one location then you need to get it ****** off by lipo. You can’t lose fat from 1 location of your body.

Well you could always get your stomach stapled, you fat slob. LOL But actually you could go jogging or do your work out in the morning first thing before you eat anything at all. That way your body has fasted for at least eight hours while you were sleeping and you will be burning fat and not the breakfast you just ate.

you must be hanging around with all the anorexic girls if at 15 and 105 lbs you think your fat hangs over your jeans!!! eat healthy and continue doing whatever gave you the six pak to begin with…ab workouts will continue to tone those areas…but it will not happen quickly…

well dieting is a good start. but im not talking about the dieting like eating meal a day. Eat 5-6 small meals a day an start a fitness walking program an to really make those love handles go away do some crunches or women push ups. Now being at your age your not fat; your in the norm. But yeah you do that for atleast a week youll defitnetly lose a pound or two.

if you have “6 pack abs?” i guess you’re not really really fat. But if you are and so conscious about the way you look, try doing cardiovascular exercises. Sweat out the fat. In addition, try to control your bad eating habits (if you have any). Eat in small quantities but more often. Try also planning your meal.

You should not take up any fast and quick methods to loose the extra fat.They seldom work.The fat lost comes back in no time.For a permanent result , you should go for jogging or walking. Be choosy over what you eat.Plan for loosing the extra fat in a range of 10 to 12 months.
