Do not do twist. Just drink water…walk fast and eat less carbs
pilates is the best for your whole body and great for the spine…i doubt you need very much though and no matter what you think you look like, you look much better.
Try some effective exercises on this site to help you get rid of them
have your lover bite them off

By doing crunches that your left elbow touches your right knee and your right elbow touches your left knee. But be sure to put your hands behind your neck for support. This excercise is done on the floor.
Look for exercises that work your “obliques”
