Im starting to cut out all sodas and eat healthier, but what are some workouts I can do to target my love handle areas?

there aren’t that many.. the only ones i know of are oblique exercises. They’re like sit-ups but you lay on your side and do them. they are difficult to master but as soon as you feel the burn that means you are doing them correctly. my bff has a lot of belly fat so she has an extremely hard time doing them and keeping up when she used to exercise with me, though i usually have no problems. also, these can take a long time if you don’t do them reguraly and they take some commmitment and determination to succeed in parting with your love handles.
