Lose Love Handles

I’m not talking about professional biking, but like riding your bike through the neighborhood with a friend- does it help rid love handles at all?

Hi,

I’m a 43 year old man and I used to weigh 220 pounds. I did little exercise and until recently I was overweight. I started jogging about 3 miles a day and within the first week of doing it I was feeling better. Now I have lost 50 pounds am in the best shape of my life.

So your answer is yes.

first of before I answer your question PLEASE whatever you do ignore that dude’s answer that starts of saying Hello’ I’m a doctor. He is not, His website is trying to sell things that don’t work just to make a pretty penny.

Anyway, riding bikes is good. Riding a bike about 2 1/5 miles is about the equivalent of jogging a mile. Good calorie burning if I say so myself. I cycle a vigorous 15.5 miles a day, and afterwards your legs really hurt. If you’re just biking at a leasurely pace while talking, then you might not reap the benefits as much, but if you put some effort in it, you’ll burn calories.

As far as getting rid of love handles, you can’t target weight loss. Your body gets rid of fat wherever it pleases. So ride your bike alot and maybe you’ll lose love handles. Remember though, the love handles is the ONLY place on your body where EVERY human has fat.
