I would say crunches would work. Just make sure you take a before and after picture to compare. It is amazing how you will see a difference within yourself inside and outside after exercise. good luck!
yes cruches will help, but look into the many different techniques there is to do crunches that will trigger the area you need help!
A girfriend of mine does them every day. She has had two kids and her stomach is SOOOOO flat. I wish I could get my self to do them…
aerobic exercise will do more for helping you lose excess body fat. crunches can help shape up your abs, but don“t generally burn enough calories to get rid of much fat, which is what love handles are.
yes but your diet helps the process. watch the carbs and sweets. Unused carbs turn into fats, along with too many sweets then crunches wont do nothing but wear yourself out.
