Lose Love Handles

I’m about 5′ 8″ and 130 lbs, but i have love handles. I run almost every day for about 3-4 miles. I will be going to mexico in one month and was wondering if it is possible to lose the love handles by then and how. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

running mostly just improves your fitness level you’ll need to do other exercises to get rid of them try jumping jacks swimming and ab workouts. anthing that involves slow deep breathing and muscle burning will help burn fat.

Surgery? Lol, that’s stupid.

Do crunches, keep running, limit your calorie intake. Basically, go on a diet. Getting rid of soda completely was great for me [I'm still overweight but I'm working on it], cut down on the fatty crap and you’ll lose anything excess in no time. Problem is, most people just cut down on it for 2 days then eat more on day 3 or something. If you really wanna do this, you have to pretty much abolish fa[s]t food for awhile [forever would be great for your health] and keep exercising, for at least 30+ minutes a day.
