Lie on the floor and do crunches, half way up with hands behind head and eyes on ceiling..hold abdomen in as you crunch up. Work up to 100 daily. You must also lose weight in general so that the “flab” disappears.
I do those crunches where you kinda “crunch” your left elbow to your right knee and vice versa.. And I often dance like a lunatic…. doen’t matter whoes watching! Good fun too!
