Lots of cardio. 30-60mins at least 3 times a week and of course a good balanced diet. Unfortunately you can’t do anything to lose weight in a specific area.
Continue to do the exercise routine and then cut your caloric intake, and eat more protien, I suggest a good supplemental program like Herbalife, I use it and I lost over 20 lbs in 2 weeks and 12 inches of body fat, the important thing about what ever you do is that you need to develop a life style change.
