being 5′9 and 119lbs is underweight for you height. A normal 5′9 woman should be around 140lbs. The love handles are probably just lack of muscle. Work on your obliques. To tone your arms, just to curls and tricep workouts.
YOUR NOT OVER WEIGHT YER JUST RIGHT
just be yourself but if u lose 19 pounds i think you be to small just start lifting weights 10 pounds on each end and that would tune up your arms
but some love handles are **** to me..
